Two Basij Members Martyred Near Pakistan Border
TEHRAN – Two local Sunni Basij members were martyred on Saturday when terrorists attacked a vehicle belonging to Muhammad Reza Shahoozehi while he was inspecting a security area on the Khash-Zahedan road in southeastern Iran, the IRGC’s Quds Force said.
The martyrs, identified as Ismail Shavarzi and Mokhtar Shahoozehi, were part of a local security initiative in the region. The Quds Force described the attack as a terrorist assault and said the two men succumbed to their injuries.
